All the raw material required for the production procured from the reputed vendor along with the material test certificate with the full traceability

In initial stage raw material inspection carried out by our inward engineering team, & then only material proceed further for the machining.

Heat treatment carried out on material as mentioned in ASTM std at the required temperature.

Production

We are equip the latest high end machines which enables us to produce the premium products with the high level dimensional accuracy

For the welded & ERW fittings all welding carried out by our qualified welders with the TIG using the quality welding roads.

DP test conducted on full length of welding line & bevel ends of fittings

UT test carried out on the Flanges & round Bars.

Testing

We use & offer various testing to ensure the quality of products as per below standard requirement & as per client request.

PMI Test : ASTM E1476.
Chemical Test : ASTM E1086.
Universal Tesile strength : ASTM A370.
Yield Strength 0.2% : ASTM A370.
Reduction of Area (%) : ASTM A370.
Elongation (%) : ASTM A370.
Hardness Test : ASTM E10 & E18.
Intergranular Corrosion Test : ASTM A262.
Pitting Corrosion Test : ASTM G48.
Hydrostatic Test : ASTM A999.
Eddy Current Test : ASTM E309.
Ultrasonic Test : ASTM E213.
Impact Test : ASTM E23.
HIC Test : NACE TM0284.
For pipes & Tubes : Flattening, Flaring, Bend, Micro Test.

Quality control

After the production of final goods, All material are inspected by our highly qualifed & experience engineering team as per the respective ASTM dimensional standard which make sure that all material are in line with the client requirement.

Documentation

Along with all the material we provide EN10204 3.1 Material Test Certificate.

As per the project requirement we also offer the EN10204 3.2 Tets Certificate as per the client approved QAP

We are carrying our regular inspection from the third party inspection agencies.
